What is the uniform?

For Team Members, the uniform is navy or black pants (jeans are fine), L&G shirt, L&G hat! We will furnish you with 2 shirts and 1 hat, and non-slip shoes, but you’re always welcome to purchase extras.

Are there opportunities for growth?

Absolutely! We are growing quickly and are looking for team members who want to grow with us. We would rather hire from within when a new leadership position becomes available because the team is already familiar with our culture, expectations, and menu.

What does training look like?

Training program and length depend on your position! We are training and development oriented; we want you to have all the tools you need to do your job well. We can discuss more in the interview!

What are shift hours?

Shifts range anywhere from 7am-5pm. We are flexible with school schedules and second jobs.

Is restaurant experience required?

We have different requirements for different positions on the team. For the Team Member position, no restaurant experience is required! For other positions, please see the job descriptions above.
