Are there opportunities for growth?

Absolutely! We are growing quickly and are looking for team members who want to grow with us. We would rather hire from within when a new leadership position becomes available because the team is already familiar with our culture, expectations, and menu.

What is the uniform?

For Team Members, the uniform is navy or black pants (jeans are fine), L&G shirt, L&G hat! We will furnish you with 2 shirts and 1 hat, and non-slip shoes, but you’re always welcome to purchase extras.

What does training look like?

Training program and length depend on your position! We are training and development oriented; we want you to have all the tools you need to do your job well. We can discuss more in the interview!

What is the atmosphere like?

We do our very best to hire the best people to make the most positive team! Who you work with has a huge effect on how you view work. And as a quick service, fast-casual restaurant, speed is also a huge part of our offering. Shifts tend to feel like they fly by in the fast-paced and engaging environment. Managers, from the top down, also invest heavily in the team as people. With the right mindset, L&G is a great place to learn, grow, and advance.

What are shift hours?

Shifts range anywhere from 7am-5pm (9pm if the location serves both lunch and dinner). We are flexible with school schedules and second jobs.

Is restaurant experience required?

Nope! It is a plus, but we have different requirements for different positions on the team. For the Team Member position, no restaurant experience is required! For other positions, please see the job descriptions above.

What is the interview process?

20-25 minute interview with a Hiring Manager. Don’t stress! Just be yourself.
